The old tint was peeling off in some places since it’s already 6 years old.
had my car re-tinted with 20% tint on the front windshield and 8% tint on everything else.

Dang dude! How dark was it before?
I think I had 20% at the rear windows, not really sure how much was at the front and windshield. you can see me inside through the windshield and my shadow at the front windows.
now, you can’t see me in any angle. HID’s are necessary at night
Dang dude that is dark. I have never heard of 8% thou
Are you in the states, thought it was illegal to tint below the marks on the windshield.
nope. I’m in the Philippines.
Yikes, can you even drive at night?
it’s not as dark as it seems. HID’s also helped.
Hmmm. Yeah. Doesn’t seem like a good idea.
here’s a few more pics I took this afternoon sorry for the quality. just used a phone cam.
I didn’t see if he has the front window tinted, but it might not be… I had 5% on my first car, on the windows it was only 2% (IE: Limo tint) you couldn’t see in the car during the day. It was also dark looking through the windshield during the day…
I have 8% tint on everything except the windshield. I have 20% on that one.
still not as dark as you would think. I can still drive well at night. but it’s cooler during the day. not as much heat enters the car as before.
The tint looks great, but I hate those vent visors. I can’t stand vent visors and don’t know why that trend has continued. They should have died with the rear window louvers in the 90’s.
lol
they are convenient though. lets me keep the windows open a little when parked so when I come back it’s not toasting hot inside. especially that I have leather seat covers. if it’s really hot (and it can get really hot over here), it literally cooks balls.
90’s??? It’s 2010 bud, check this out. LOL!
I think I just threw up a little bit in my mouth
They work well for us smokers too! Sucks air out and keeps the rain out. And yes they’re great for letting heat escape. I do however prefer the ones that stick up in the window seal instead of glue outside to the paint.
Windshield tint FTMFW! I don’t know how I ever drove a car without it. 35% on the front. 5% over the factory tint in the back and 15% on the sides. I like it.
