New To Horns - Tank Question

We have alwys wanted one and now have one. I bought a used compressor and horn from Craigslist and the guy tested/showed me that it works. I need a tank and have a basic question that will be easy for those on this site to help.

Can I use a portable 5 gallon air tank from Advanced Auto (like pictured) and replace the connection with a T-type? This will allow the compressor to fit on one side of the T and the horn hose to it fit on the other side. Not sure if this will work or are two separte ports required?

If it’s a no - where is a good place to get maybe a used 5 gallon tank?

You could dig around the For Sale Section and see. The guy with the p3 is selling his stuff and i dont know if he will sell the tank sperately, but you could ask.
