awesome!!!
Nice! Who makes the valve?
nice valve
strangely the handle looks thesame as my toilet brush
thx thx.
I was thinkin about making some sort of custom bracket so i could use whatever handles i want. Dont know yet.
Btw: it is a Graham white clone bought from ebay. My friend has an actual GW, and aside from some subtle differences, they both fit, feel and operate the same.
sweet i want to run mine off a gw valve but i have some work i got to do first.
yeah i wanna get a gw too but they are to deam big
agreed.
Manual valves are so much more baller than electric solenoids LOL.
So much more “baller”…
ive got my clone GW all hooked up too… just havent taken pics yet…
you feel so much more bad donkey pulling on a GW style valve to blow as opposed to flipping a switch or pushing a button to activate a solenoid.
hell yea…
And showing people your horn setup with the manula valve is better! When i open my door and people see the bis donkey valve sitting there , the expression is the same everytime! “Holy poop!!”
I’ll try and get pics of it soon and post em… a vid shall have to wait till i can get out to a remote loc. and test em out. My neighbors are the least bit happy with me, lol.
Best thing about the manual valve, is not having to worry bout the electric solenoid malfunctioning and letting loose at 3am… (happened to me twice during the day…)
Hope u dont mind if i add pics of my setup to your topic…
I have it mounted so there is the inlet in the back and the outlet is split in 2 with the “T”… Then it goes to 2 separate lines which has shutoff on either so i can choose which one i want to blow… The line closest to the dash is the whistle , and the line closest to the seat is the shockers!
The whistle isnt as loud or deep as i wanted but it is a cool thing to have to get someones attn!
Then not sure if u can see it but the previous button i had for the solenoiud forf the shockers is still there under radio in the cubby… That button now controls the solenoid which is connected to a line coming from the drain on tank! No more crawling in bed to let moisture out, just a tap of the button and 150 psi is blasting out the pass. side of truck… “also good for scarring the crap outta ppl” lol
that install is just awesome there “06z71silvy”
nice i gota get one them.
