Looks like a great bunch of guys that are on here, read through alot of threads and learned alot real quick.
I’ve been piecing my air horn system togethor for awhile… horns are Wolo Triple no bash they were on a truck at the junkyard so y not right?
However thats probaly the only week leak of my system,
Have a 5gal tank, a Viair comp, will be going through shortly and getting all and any fittings i need.
Like i said the horns are my weak leak. but they were free i figured i’d cheap out on the horns at this point in time and just make sure the rest of the setup was good so when i upgrade i wont have to mess with my setup a whole lot.
Anyway this setup will be on my 77 Chevy G20 Van.
I also have a 04 Ford Lightning that by winter time will be sporting a kit from hornblasters.
oh i know.
But what i want is Airchimes… BAD,
reason the rest of my system is so nice. the horns were free… they actually sound really good. but i know when i upgrade ill be like wtf was i thinking. haha
Hey I don’t blame ya! If you had paid big $$ for the horn you’d like to eventually have first, you may have to wait until you saved to get all the equipment to support it. At least you’ll be honking while you save up to upgrade the horn!
yeah hopefully i can get a set tommorow with pay… but it depends… spending 100$ to get good ole pos van back and running after a overheating issue… lol lol
