Right now I have 2 seperate solenoids for my shockers operating on one horn button. I wanna add a 3rd for my K3’s.
My thing is I wanna connect the 3 different solenoids to 1 button but I wanna put on/off switches on each of the 3 solenoids so they can be operated either individually, any two or all at once.
Can this be done? Or is there a workaround to this without having to use 3 separate buttons?
so you have 2 sets of shockers, that work with 1 button. and a K3 that will work with another button, so 3 solenoids working off 2 buttons?
and you want 1 main button that honks both shockers and the K3? that sound right?
could you use toggles before the push buttons to turn the buttons on and off?
And The only way I can think to have them all honk is to use only toggle switches. no push buttons. idk its been a long day. lol If you want i could draw a picture
yea, but you want both your shockers sounding at the same time. so 1 button for both sets of shockers and 1 for the K3. 2 buttons, 1 for the shockers and 1 for the K3. you want to add another switch for the use of both the K3 and shockers
Is it safe to say just go with the 2 button route and call it that?
The reason I wanna do this is I am going to run all 8 of the shockers on one solenoid, use the second one for the K3’s and the third as a blow out for the tank.
So i want to be able to blow either of the horns or both of them by turning on the toggle for the designated solenoid and blow it with the same button that is there.
Ah, I need sleep lol. This is what I was thinking before you posted. idk ill look at it tomorrow. haha that way If you had the 2 top switches on ON and the bottom switch on off then they wouldnt go off, But once u turned that switch they all go. or honk them individually
you would also need a large solenoid to honk all 8 shockers with 1 valve. It would probably quiet if you did it with 1 solenoid. I would just buy a cheap valve to drain the tank.
