One pump not shutting off

I have dual 444c pumps going to a single 5gl tank with one pressure switch, two relays, one for each pump.
One of my pumps won’t shut off at 200lbs of air.
I have everything wired exactly like the diagram here,
http://c1.hornblasters.com/diagrams/dgm-viair_dual_packs.pdfhttp://c1.hornblasters.com/diagrams/dgm-viair_dual_packs.pdf

I have checked the wiring over and over, even switched the wires to the relay for the pump that shuts off fine, pump still doesn’t shut off.
Any suggestions?

broken relay sounds to me.

Try taking pin 86 and swapping it with the other pin 86 and see if the opposite pump doesnt stop pumping.

I have tried the swap with #86 and swapped the whole relay, still keeps running.
Going to get two new relays in a bit and try the new ones…

That’s a head scratcher.
A test light would help a lot.

So when you swapped out the 86 pin the same pump stayed on? or did the other pump stay on?

yah cuz after 86 pin how else does it get power?

sounds to me like you might have 12 volts running from another source and activating the relay or turning the pump on, one of the two.

Then dude I will suggest you to soon replace it, before it gets old and no use.
