Building a new horn setup. Using K3ha, 5 gal tank an 1/2" dia all the way on hoses and solenoid.
I hawe a presure switch from my old system that regulates att 200 psi , will this be to mutch for the Nathan horns ?

i would regulate the air to 150 psi… i think 200 psi is too much from the one’s i’ve heard comparing to 150… just my .02
200 PSI will make the horns louder but might distort the sound. 150 PSI should be loud enough and the diaphrams will last longer too.
I’ve tried 200. Sounds like poop. 150 is perfect

Running the system on 150 psi, sound great. I hawe a probl with the solenoid get stuck in full open position thoug, a bit anoing. With short blast everything works great, if i hold itt for 3-4 sek, it tends to get stuck ??
Anyone gott a similar probl ?
Is it still cold where you live? I had the same problem when the temps were only a little above freezing.
Yes still cold, hope itt gets better with higher temperature
