So im being told that I cant use 200 psi on the psychos with the stock valve on it, so which valve do I need and where do i get it from?

It should come with a valve. So all you will need is some wire, switch, hose, and a couple fittings.

I know maine, but what Im saying is, that valve is rated for 150 psi. I was told that you could change the valve out for a better one that might handle 200 a little better.

Honestly, i would wait for it to die before buying a new one but thats just me. or you could buy this one

http://www.hornblasters.com/products/details.php?i=smc-1-4-in-air-valve

the psychoblasters twist has used to be mine and i ran them at 200 psi with no problem…

Ok. I see what you mean,. So you would unscrew the one thats on the horn and put this one with a little air line inbetween right? Here I go sounding all lame again, but do I have the right idea, just from appearance, it seems that the valve for this thing is mounted on the horn. If it has 1/4" opening, then should be able to unscrew it and put a little air line here and then the valve you recommended?

I dont see why that wouldent work. Just get a couple hose barbs and some hose clamps with the valve of your choise.

Man, I got the dang blasters on my truck now and man Im NOT impressed at all. Not that I was expecting them to be loud, its the TONE. They sound just like a really loud
F0RD STOCK horn. They dont sound like the ferrari horn that theyre supposed to sound like. And the box didnt even SAY "psycho blasters anywhere on there. Oh well, I guess you pay 20 bucks you sound like 20 bucks. I guess Ill try an outlaw next.

Yeah mines not really loud but like you said, it was only $20 bucks. Its hard to complain. Ive barley honked it sence I have a K3 at my figertips.

lol. Yeah, kinda hard to decide when to use a puny horn like that. Yesterday I put my K3 and psycho on my alarm, where I can trigger them by remote. I hit the psychos like you did as a test and they were louder than I thought.(Kinda Jumped inside) I guess being on the other side of the horn is totally different experience. I still have a lilttle phobia of the big horn. I just wont blow it unless there is plenty of space around and no innocent bystanders walking by my truck and so far, I havent had that opportunity. (since yesterday I mean) but when I do, I will actually hear with my own ears what it sounds like from a distance.

The psychos are great to have hooked up to the alarm… thats how i got mine and it works great! They have a lot higher pitch to them which really startles

I have em hooked up to my alarm but only as a triggerable toy. They seem much too loud to have on there for arming and disarming, which I know I can change the arming to only sound the horn when tripped, but I like hearing the horn when I lock the doors and what not. I know you have a switch to switch yours back and forth but Im too forgetful for that.

Try it without the bells attached. I hear that its a different tone. higher pitched tone

Actually the way i got my alarm set up…

when i arm or disarm, the alarm chirps once for arm and twice for disarm…

When alarm goes off the siren , pizo siren (inside), and stock horn blast…

When alarm goes off and i have the external psychos switched to on, they will also go off with the other 3 making for 4 things blarring

I also have it hooked up so i can hit the aux button on remote to activate just to sound the psychos wether the switch is on or off… Dont ask me how i hooked up the alarm tho to do all this … my installers did it all , just how i wanted
