Ive ordered only direct from hornblasters. Great service, quick shipping and even months after my order they replaced the air valve with no questions asked.

Imo i would order direct from HB. Excellent customer service, and reputation! Buying something like a train horn for a vehicle will always result in questions about installing , etc… You certainly wont be able to ask amazon about it! Stick with HB and you b=will be happy with your results.
If I had questions before the order (which I did) I would order straight from Hornblasters.
But, IMO you’re not out of line to call for support even if bought through Amazon.
It’s still a HB product shipped by HB.
Welcome to the forum. Go with HB for the best customer service! That should be considered for possible warranty issues too.
