relay stays open for 7 sec when i tap the horns!
remove the air lines to the horns and tap the horn it works fine???
any one have an answer for it???:rolleyes:

Not sure why removing the airline would make a difference.
There could be junk in there or a weak return spring. 
You might list some more details in case somebody else can help.
Like what kind of solenoid valve & how old it is…

Time for a new relay? I don’t think it is the relay personally… it sounds like the valve is stuck open. I would make sure you have the valve facing in the correct direction (There is an arrow on it for air flow direction).
