So i live in Miami surrounded by saltwater, any special treatment i can do to airchimes to prevent them from rusting?
They’re made from aluminium, so they might show some corrosion but they won’t rust.
You best bet would be to search for some of the posts for painting/paint jobs done to the horns, like this one:

Turn this…
Into this, via some primer and some paint…
psshhhh. Saltwater has nothing on Buffalo NY winters!
as they say, paint em, in florida they wont rust
You are welcome to come to wisconsin for a winter! I can show you the true meaning of rust and stupid drivers!
Brother, I got you beat on stupid drivers in winter. Come to Boise where we have California transplants that have never seen snow, much less know how to drive in it.
I watched a really nice 740il pull a 540 spin in the middle of an interstate in two inches of snow. He got lucky and ended up trunk first in a ditch, but I was nice enough to drop a couple road flares for him while he called AAA and had his wife chew five pounds of his backside.

lol In only 2" if snow! Thats awesome…I would love to see him try 12" of snow
Man, I hear ya. I grew up in northwest Indiana and love me some lake effect snow. Nothing like going to bed and waking up to 3 plus feet of snow and 6 foot drifts. We had an intersection we’d sit at and drink hot cocoa just to watch the accidents.
I even took my wife to the hospital to give birth to our oldest pushing snow drifts with the front of my car.
Heh, and they call us crazy. Crazy’s got nuttin’ on us.
ive never even seen snow lol
Its a whole different way of driving, expesically on the lake!
lets have a sleep over my mom said its ok!
lmao

LMAO @ sleep over!

It’s only sketchy if the Ether Bunny pays a visit during the sleepover …
