Shocker Classic 228VX Install Question

I am looking at gettng this kit for my 03 F150 Harley Davidson… http://www.hornblasters.com/products/details.php?i=shocker-228vx-train-horn-kit

I talked with the hornblasters guys and they stated the compressor needs to be inside the bed or cab because it is not sealed.

Can i separate the tank and compressor? I dont want to take up tons of room in the bed.

What kind of small enclosure could I use for the compressor? Again, I want to save as much bed space as I can.

Anyone have any ideas???

Maybe call viair…? It’s their air kit.

I got with them and they made some recommendations. If I choose to mount the tank/compressor in the bed of my truck, do I need to put them in something? I have a hard top on it.
