I recently just purchased and installed the hornblasters conductors model 232. All i have to say is wow these horns are something else. the videos i have seen are no where near as loud as these…as for the install it does take a little time…the horns i installed behind the grille. i made a custom bracket to atttach the horns onto. it is just a 36 inch piece of aluminum thats about 1/8" think. as for the bottom of the horns i cut a piece of metal and attached it to the horns whick then mounted to the truck. the compressor and tank are in my toolbox.(pics to follow) instead of using the wiring that came with the kit i used an extension cord. it may sound odd but its insulated and has 3 wires. (2 for power and one for switch) i ran that and the airline through my frame. nothing can be seen…i used two switches one for the compressor and one for the horns…this was a pretty easy setup…any questions feel free to ask!
btw hornblasters is an awesome company to but from…very friendly and helpfull!
