Shockers on my Lancer

Got them installed and finally can get a video. The tank isn’t the cleanest install yet, until I buy longer hose and will hide everything when I have the time.

I finally could see why people say the video cameras do the horns no justice.

very nice! im guessing you fit them all in the front grille?

Nah, looked like very little room and wanted them under the car anyway, so I had Midas to install them for a few bucks more than they do brakes for. I know installation isn’t that hard, but it would have been the biggest pain ever with no access to a lift.

I have a momentary switch where the foot rest is to blast them.

You had Midas install them? That’s awesome. Did they do a clean job?

It’s definitely not the best of jobs, but I told him I mainly wanted it all installed, and I’ll relocate the tank and hoses myself.

thats cool that midas did it for ya. never heard of them installing horns before haha.

trust the midas touch lol

Now you gotta save up for a K3. Im trying to talk a friend into a K5 under his 10.

Never thought Midas would do that install. Tough times require anyone to do anything.

sounds nice, I really want to get a set of shockers for my 300zx

yeah video cameras dont do a think for stuff louder than the threshold of hearing lol.

Yea! another Jap car install!

Wot is Midas then? Is it like wot we have over here “Kwik Fit” Tyres brakes & exhaust centres nationwide?

Midas is a car maintenance type place. They do general things like oil changes, etc. They may do more, I do my own work so I don’t know for sure lol

has a nice echo…
even tho the vid doesn’t make it that loud, that echo sounds promising

Awesome Video!!!

Still havent checked it out yet cause im on mostly at work where they firewall the youtube, but I WILL be lending my ear. lol
HORN ON!!

I must say, them plastic horns really don’t sound bad at all. I have heard other imitation train horns, but I think the shockers have the best sound, and are as close to the real thing as it gets.

Shockers FTW…
