I am currently running 1/2" air brake line to my UP’s…Have noticed that there is a slight delay in the blast and they. Just don’t sound to their potential…Would a 3/8" line fix that or
Might there be too much restriction at the valve.I have a larger ball type valve butlike the control of the smaller blow gun valve…any ideas?
Horns need a lot of air so I doubt going to a smaller hose will help. I’m not familiar with solenoid valves but the best are high pressure and high volume valves. What PSI are you using?
Running 140 psi…not using an electric solenoid…manual only…maybe I need more pressure.any idea what the UP horns are supposed to be blown at?I posted a video of them on Youtube under Galaxy2517…

Fixed the problem!Installed a larger supply line from the tank to the valve.Went with the larger ball valve and holy smokes!They absolutely scream now and with no hesitation!I’m ready for some K5LAs now!
