hay guys just wondering about the HB and the S4 SHOCKERS horns i watch my sound vid a fue times and watch other SHOCKER vids on youtube i just wonted to know whats that sound that the shocker makes befor you hare the train sound is it the sound of the air entering the bell befor it hits the diafram it all most sounds like a squeek sound now my horns are in working order but just wont to know what is it i think it sounds cool al most reminds me of a santa fe or a older style train horn thats way i like it but what is it relly can sum one tell me please thanks.peace

But seriously, when you type do you proofread or try and spell? I know if i misspell a word windows underlines it and gives suggestions… Just trying to help ya out bro… i know lots of people including myself misspell all the time, but combining it with a run-on sentence (or 7 :eek: ) looks bad. :o

I just push the button and it makes the normal sound. I think you would need a different valve to hear the sound of air and then the horn sounding.
o ok must be the sound of the videos then then agan wean i did the sound test i usd a safty blow gun thats only raded to 30psi max so it must be one or the other i got my S4 all ready on my truck and hookt up to the 1/2" shocker valve just need the air kit and give it a test just to see if its just the video sound i know that horn is loud as hell so i dont know thanks twist.peace
If you only used 30psi then you need to up the psi up. 150 they sound great, and 200 they are extremely loud

If you’re using a manual valve, it’s probably just air entering too slow. When I ease on my Graham White valve with the shockers, I hear air hissing, then a slight squeak, then all 4 horns at a low volume, then all 4 horns at a loud volume lol.
And yes, it is kinda similar to a RS-3-L’s squeak when it’s first honked. (That’s what BNSF mostly used before they swapped to K3s and K5HL’s yuck)
