Guys…I woz up at 6 this morning…working on the truck… I got off the train from work and started straight back on it… Its now starting to make me think is all this work worth it…
I’m gonna stick with the glossy twinkly look for the time being, as in the flesh it dont twinkle as bad as it does on camera…
I’m almost there… Tank is back in and all thats left is to bolt it back in… then the final bit of trimming, Stickers and then boom boom…

Ok, ok. So the car show went great and lots of fun. Stinky’s ride is looking great. But he goes and shows it off to the car show gang before posting the final pics and videos on this forum. WTF? C’mon man! You owe us the final chapter in your story…

Stinky’s scenario is a bit different from the others on this forum. He posted numerous times about his new vehicle and recent K3 purchase. He was so anxious to get the K3s that he was tracking the shipment and posting hour-by-hour progress in the forum. Then he posted a pic of himself in bed with the K3s (which was awesome!), followed by several descriptions of how cool and unique his new install will be, then a very short ‘teaser’ video and several promises to post the full details soon. So he worked hard to build up the excitement and interest in his install, which worked pretty well, only to finish the work and run off to a JAP car show without posting any details for his pals here on the forum. And now that the car show is over we are still left waiting. You can’t blame anyone for being disappointed. Don’t advertise if you can’t deliver. :mad:
As for my own install: I have posted various pics and details of my install in several threads in addition to the detailed system diagram contained in my signature. I do plan to post a more extensive thread of my install later after I have time to film videos. But I haven’t been out selling my install or posting teasers so nobody should expect anything sooner.

Lol, @ wile-e. Ok i get it. i didnt know the dude was sleepin with em and stuff. I mean i kept mine in the bedroom with me but quickly got moved to the garage after I tripped over em at 2 in the morning. Drunken Madness but i wasnt too drunk to damage the horn. lol.
Guys, another thing he failed to mention…On delivery off the horns he started at 10pm at night to rig them upto something to just hear them…Stinky did’nt manage to sort everything out until 2am…He looked at the time with 110psi generated by a tyre inflater and said F…K IT!!!

Well chaps in Stinkys defensive and you may have worked out he’s a bit of a perfectionist…He had arranged for a professional photographer who took pics for him at the show…So he can post them here for ya…Guess he’s waiting for matey, so not long now…
I can’t believe we’re still waiting for pictures of this install. It’s been like 2 weeks and he still hasn’t posted anything. I think he broke them!
LOL!! Superduty, from the amount of times they got blasted at the weekend and a relay sticking and finding the gauge reading, 285psi in the morn. It still surprises me they are TOOTING beautifully still…LOL!!
Now be gentle with him as we both were HORN WHORES at this show for 3 days… As the K3’s are an amazing sound for me, it still managed to cheese a few, I might add off…BIGTIME!! But alot of it is keyboard confidence otherwise we would get you guys over to, POP A CAP IN THERE ***!! LOL!!
So to say the least, Stinkys hiding at the moment to frightened to come out like a little boy in the corner with his hat on, with the big D. PMSL!!
While I am still blasting the Siege’s thro the tunnels here…Even this morning I just popped into town and sure I ended up with more boost from the Siege’s than me two turbo’s. LOL!!

Yes, we understand the harsh schedule, long hours, lack of sleep, and last minute rush to head off to the car show. We don’t like it but we understand. But finishing the car show and then returning to post comments about the show without posting up pics to the forum? Unforgivable.
And the pics were cool but you have yet to respond to all of the comments and suggestions which they generated. Still slacking or eating more sandwhiches with your tea and crumpets…
And another thing - whatever happened to the new improved video? Is that lame teaser all we get?
You are on the road to recovery but not cured yet. Don’t sell the truck - nobody would pay much for a partially finished install with two large compartments full of spaghetti wire in the boot! But if you keep working at it then you can eventually be restored to normal forum status, assuming no more occurrences of the blacked out dude in nylon tights… LOL
