Taking apart K5's

I have a set of k5’s and I recently took them off my Tahoe and am wanting to mount them on my crown vic. Since they are so big, the only possible way to mount them is to take them apart and put them all inside across the front bumper. I unbolted all of them and I am trying to figure out what needs to be done to be able to do this.

Does anyone have any ideas or have done this before?

I believe Curt S makes mounting kits that will help you. Try to PM him or search his posts. Maybe he’ll chime in GL!

i just installed them on my crown vic by raising the trunk floor… it was actually pretty easy to do:

oh and if you have the newer body style crown vic, you can fit the entire thing in the front grill:

Holy **** man thank you so much! I am going to take off the front bumper now I know it will fit. Thanks a lot!

On my last truck I had 8 total, 1 5 tier k5, and 1 3 tier. Hit em high hit em low!

What’s a 5 tier k5 and 1 3 tier? I’m confused… do you mean a K5 and a K3?
