Read somewhere that most auto accidents happen like 5 minutes or miles from home. They weren’t kidding!
This happened awhile ago, but was driving home late at night and super tired. Had the radio blasting and all windows down hoping the rushing wind would keep me going. I take the offramp and am nearly home when I finally get a bit too sleepy.
Next thing I know I hear a god damn locomotive! My hand had pressed the horn button on my stick shift and with all my windows down, got the full blast. Scared the crap out of myself! Felt super bad for the neighborhood but made it back.
