Ok, I don’t have video proof, so there for this didn’t happen. But… Aparently one day while on my way home from work, I gave my usual Honk Honk of the K5 going over the tracks. Unbeknown to me that the Safty Cordinator from my place of employment was two cars behind. The guy in front of her slammed on his breaks and, lets say perhaps she was following a bit too close. Screeeeech!!! HOT COFFEE in the lap. Man did I hear about it in the am. Including from HR.
Now you tell me. What does that have to do with work and HR?
Haters… lol
absolutely nothing. if you werent on the clock, not your fault… funny tho!
nice
She didn’t rear end him did she? lol
Nice!
But seriously, you weren’t on the clock so tell them to GTFO. Maybe if she wasn’t driving so close putting her makeup on in her car while on her cell phone and drinking her coffee she wouldn’t have had this problem.
Or wake up 45 minutes earlier than she did.

Absolutely has nothing to do with work. WTF right is it for work’s gestapo to tell you what you can and cannot do on your own time? I’d have told them politely to go screw themselves.
In fact, I might be tempted to pay the Safety Coordinator him a visit afterward - off the clock of course… to teach him a lesson in safety.
Lance has a good idea. Apparently your safety coordinator needs a refresher to help her make sure she feels safe.

I was thinking about this while at work today and it is total bs that they would call you in the office for something like this… Being the safety coordinator she should not have been holding the coffee for it to go on her lap… and if she says it was in the cup holder and flew out, then she was going way to fast in first place around train tracks… Ive never seen a cup or whatever fly out of a cup holder unless you make a very fast move… I know when i was taught to drive, you slow down if not come to a complete stop by every track to make sure there really isnt a train coming as lights burn out and sensors fry…
Update us on what ended up happening in the office… i’d like to hear what they tried to tell you what you can or cant do while not on the clock…
Nope, just hot coffee. I’m not McD’s. No sueing me for your dumness in spilling HOT coffee in your lap.
Peace
Hahaha, just some a55hole in a position of power. Well one that thinks they have power. Its your job to nicely remind them they have zero power over you outside the work place.
Ok, I’m confused. Easily done at times.
Here in Calif. They would try to sue you for that. LOL They have NO business telling you off for what was done off premises. Go get A one of those Phony Hallmark cards and send it to her (at work) make sure it’s really raunchy. Send it from another city or county. That will get her thinking.
Naah,
That’s not my style Jet. Acctually we got it worked out. I let her ***** at me and tell me how wrong I was. I told her I dissagree and there’s no law against it. We’re both movin’ on because it’s old news now. I got bigger and better things to do and worry about.
I hope everyone is enjoying their Thanks Givin. Don’t know if the gang overseas celabrates, but just the same to ya.
God Bless all of Ya,
yeah if you got it worked out thats good, Happy Thanksgiving to All !
