Tyfon 200 R.R.

I have a Leslie Tyfon 200 R.R. horn (that’s all it says on the back of it - no ‘A’ in front of the #). I believe it is from the 1930s. While looking online for information, I have only found A200 horns. Does anyone know the difference and how much mine are worth?

Welcome to the forum Todd! You may be able to also find information on the Leslie horns over at www.hornwhistleboard.com. There are a lot of Leslie Gurus there!

Thanks Angie, I will try there too. I’ve had quite a few horns over the years, but this one has me stumped. It sounds great. LOUD.

I’ve always liked the Leslie horns myself. I don’t know a lot about them though.

I actually did get an answer from the website you recommended. Turns out that the one I have is the A200 even though it doesn’t have the ‘A’ on it. So thanks again for the help.

No problem! Glad you got your answer

I’ve always wanted an A-200…you’re very lucky. I had a similar horn, the Wabco E-2, for a while before I traded it for a single phase Model 5 siren.

Welcome to the forum. I would have recommended the hornwhistleboard forum but I see Angie already did that. Be aware - they don’t like scare tactics over there.
