I often go past this building. My inital thoughts were that this is a Hoax as its above a popular mainstream Radio station. However I then saw this video taken a couple of months before which is similar. Or is it the same Hoax? remote control flying objects?

Just found this…
A separate video posted by the same user, alymc01, is believed to have been shot from inside the offices of a visual effects company called The Mill. The firm creates special effects for the film industry.

Mate, it was the 2nd vid I posted, this ^one^…I kinda knew it would probably be a Hoax, were all barking mad in London and had there been real sightings of UFO’s over the Radio1 building, we would all be out either trying to catch them with our butterfly nets, preying and worshipping them or having mass leakage from our underpants on a grand scale!!! lol
