Hello i JUST got my Conductors Special 228VX the other day, and im trying to hook them up in my 1987 dodge diplomat. I got everything all sorted out however the air valve wont stay closed. When i run the compressor it blows right through the horns. Am i missing something or what?
Make sure the valve is installed the correct direction.
There is an arrow on the valve body. It needs to point towards the horn.
If that’s correct, maybe there’s some junk in the valve?
Welcome to the forum. Is it possible to wire one of them wrong so it opens when it should be closed?
