Hi there forum, i have my shocker kit, the 228vx and everything its ok but i whant to buy a better compressor for my hornblaster kit, one that fill my tank very quick, what compressor you guys recomend me?
As far as I know, the Viair 400c is the fastest filling compressor that Viair makes. It is 33% duty cycle so if you want to be able to run the compressor for a long long time without worrying about it, you might want to go with a 100% duty cycle compressor, but they aren’t quite as fast.
Your kit came with the Viair 280c

Well, I’m waiting for my post to be approved!! But in short, a good option would be to upgrade to the Viair 400C compressor.
Your kit comes with the 280C compressor. It fills a 2.5gallon tank from 0 to 145PSI in 281 seconds.
The 400C compressor does the same in 140 seconds, so half the time!
Those numbers are on the Viair website under ‘onroad products’
