yah it is…BUT it uses remote link from onstar so the vehicle has to equipped with onstar. its the only way that i found that allowed me to be any were i wanted and honk it by setting the car alarm off.
the other way i thought of was buying a pre paid cell phone, taking it apart and wiring it so that when ever the phone rang from a txt message from my phone it would trigger a relay and honk the horn. the only problem i saw with that was with those pre paid phones is they get a lot of random messages and i didnt want it going off accidentally.
the video works for me, i just click it and it opens up a new window.

nice, wish my onstar worked, it wont let me setup account. Gotta call them. I use my command start to set it off now.
