I don’t have my kit yet, but I ordered 1 400C compressor with a 2 gallon tank. I want to eventually have around 7 gallons of air.

Should I buy another 400C or a higher faster model?

I’m not positive, but I’m pretty sure that you voided the warranty on your first compressor if you’ve already used it…I know if your tank is over 5 gallons, you need atleast two 480 c’s to avoid voiding the warranty…

It’s probably the same with 400c’s

I think I found my answer.

Go with 2 400C’s if I have 5-7 gallons of air for a much faster refill time?

YEP 2 =400 C would work fine on 7 gals :slight_smile:

I’ll start with one compressor and see how fast it fills 4 gallons. If it’s TOO long, I’ll get another one.

I would just about bet you’ll add another compressor. If not now, then in the near future.
