Ah brings back memories. I got a full 5 second ride back in 2003 when I was a deputy. Sheriff said we had to get tased to get qualified to carry them so everybody did it. Then, the A$SHOLE Sheriff never bought them for us. Man I was so pissed. So why did you do it?

I am a local elected official and my guys (Police Dept.) wanted to get more Tasers. I did it as proof as to how safe and effective they are. Plus I gained a few respect points from the guys/gals in the dept. Would your boss take a hit like this?
Let me tell you, I’m not sure how people are able to do anything while it’s happening. I was told I would crap myself…didn’t happen. LOL. People ask what it felt like. The way I describe it is "Have you ever had the dry heaves? That total involuntary sound and body tension. That’s it. You know what it’s like to get tased.

Because 5 seconds is a “Full Ride”. Taser stuns in 5 second increments but there is a kill switch on it to cut it off early.
I stuck my finger in a taser with the cartridge out of it, does that count? lol still hurt, it bruised my finger. I can’t imagine that on my whole body.

Full ride on those is 20 seconds, plus it has a stability fins and 4 barbed contacts to ensure you get a purple nurple with your taser shot.
