Go diesel brother. My wife’s truck is an '06 Ram 2500 QCSB that gets 18 MPG and my '08 Ram 3500 QCLB gets almost 16 MPG … even with the emissions garbage on it.
I could drop a programmer on the '06 and get 20 to 22 MPG, or around 20 MPG with my beast if I add the programmer and delete the EGR/DPF … but both are still under warranty so I’m waiting a bit longer to add the juice to them. Even in stock form I’ve got tons of power, hardly ever smoke, and tons of room to add some horns.

Wish we had the pick up trucks you guys do! Well, all being well, according to my measurements…will be fitting some Shocker S4’s to my MG… just about enough clearance between the radiator, and the pulley wheel on the front of the block!
Nice MG ZT! I guess that thing has the 4.6L V8 from the Mustang GT? It looks very similar to the old Lincoln LS.

Yeah 'tis the 4.6, MG-Rover’s last chance big engined car before they went bust…
But fortunatly for me when i went to look at the car it sounded different, then when looking at the paperwork, had been cam’d as well as pulleys and throttlebody 
Just had the rear bumper off to measure things up, will be ordering my horns later on tonight
