Had a buddy tell me he talked to a guy that worked for a railroad and dude told him it was a federal crime to own a Nathan AirChime. Now I know it is federal to steal one off a train, that’s a no brainer. What are the ins and outs of the law? Anyone got a link to it?

it is not illegal to own them…hell Nathan gives permission for hornblasters to sell them, how can it be illegal?
That’s what I told my buddy to tell that dude. Dude works for CSX and said it was a federal offense to own them. What a DA!

Hornblasters is on nathans site as an actual dealer. So I have to agree with scaredu.
