I have watched that before and heard from another forum that it was staged. Notice how he has his b-ball bat stashed nearby.
However, if it were myself, and I was traffic jammed like that and in fear of my life, I would have had to pull my 45 ACP and cap his black donkey, no questions asked and I would have slept well that nite.
