Anyone knows where I can buy a Nathan k5la or k6 horn in uk or Europe?
Regards Kenneth
There’s no-one selling Airchimes commercially to the public in the UK as far as I’m aware. “Hornstar”, which is run by Stinkypete from the forum here is a UK business that sells train horns but he specialises mostly in the Shocker kits from Hornblasters.
The K6 wasn’t a real horn - more like a collection of six airchimes on single brackets. It was a concoction created by RTH so there aren’t a lot around. You can make your own K6 by just collecting bells I suppose.
Your best bet is to keep en eye on eBay or similar sites for someone selling one privately. Also check out the Horn and Whistle board - they have an active swap/trade/sales forum community and you’d no doubt meet plenty of UK members on there.
Cheers DeeBee ohhhh, I don’t really sell the K series, only that the competition have made it tough by selling refurbished Horns for a fraction of the cost &'I can’t compete! I bought my K5’s on UK Ebay (very rare find!) I snapped them up…£500 2nd hand! But with no import duty etc etc to pay:D
After a long conversation with Adam (aka Train horny) he has managed to track down a company over here which apparently manufacture Nathan AIRCHIMES! I will be calling them in the very near future! Nice find Adam.
