As soon as my tank starts to build pressure the horns start to whine. I have the valve directly connected to the tank through a threaded pipe and airline to the horns. Compressor runs for a few seconds and starts to make my horns make a weird winey noise even without pushing the button for the valve. Is this because I have it so close to the tank, or is my valve bad?
Sounds like a bad valve. Maybe you can take it apart & clean/lube it.
I haven’t taken one apart so maybe someone can shed some light.
It stopped doing it nnow and I’m honking away :-). K3s are awesome!
Diaphragm in valve could have been sticking open.
just hopefully it dosent decaide to open by itself… been there done that TWICE. lol
