Why is my tank not filling

I have a coocheer setup, but I’m only using the compressor.

And I have the mini outlaw horn blasters horn. The compressor kicks on but does not fill up, I push the button to activate the horn and the solenoid clicks on the horn.

Would this be pressure switch or possibly a leak in the air hose somewhere ?

What i do every once and while i take a soapy water in a pray bottle and when i start filling my tank i spray all of my connectors to make sure i do not have any leaks plus i have install a gauge up front to monitor my air to make sure
