Okay so my new kit is on the way so i have planned in advance how i want to wire everything. I want a master switch to engage/power the compressor and a switch to use stock and t horns. please help.
from what i have read i know it would be best to wire the compressor to an accessory wire so it always has power but if i have a switch do that, can i just wire direct to the power source?
if that would take care of the compressor, then i just need some guidance on going between the stock and train horns via a switch. Thanks for any advice.
its really easy to do… there is a thread on here somewhere mate with the wiring diagram… cant find it for ya now as I’m hopping out the door witith my underpants around my knees, and very late for work! lol
I have had mine both ways without problems and i have a 06 gmc
okay almost there, but one last question I had is the switch I have is a three prong switch. Do I use all three or just what is illustrated in your diagram? Thanks for all your help.
by the way that is a sick banshee, my Raptor 700 might give it a run for its money though 
u better have a pretty penny in that raptor if ya wanna hang lol.
i only used 2 of the prongs. if u use the bottom 2. up will be the aire horns and stock horn. down will be just the stock horn.
okay got it… and yes i have unfortunately poured alot of money into the raptor. All kidding aside i think you win still. ive pp’d the heads and added a hc piston and cam with other mods = ± 70hp.
70hp is damn good for a 4stroke. i’m pushin about 110 on alcohol. ported polished. 210lbs compressions, 35mm alky carbs. ect ect ect…but its for sale:(
wowzers! i do a lot of trails and dunes and little bit of dragging when the chance arises. My guess is you dont turn very often on that thing… Good luck on selling it.
