Plottchaser, I bought this horn from hornblasters about a year and half ago. when I bought the horn it came with all new diaphrams, cushions, and diffusor disks. All of those things are still new looking and are in great shape. Its painted black but its not perfect but still looks nice. It looks like it could be off a CSX train because its has a tint of blue paint underneath the black. The horn is not the “over the road series” and it has no restrictor in it. The price is 700$ which is right around the going rate for used K5’s. Shipping will probably be around 25-35$.
