I am just starting out with buying my first train horn and I don’t want to spend lots of money. This kit has a 100 Plus psi tank with an auto refill. It has 4 or 5 trumpets and reaches 150 decibels. What do you guys recommend?

Looks like a cheap set of horns to me… any horn setup that is only going for $175 currently probably not a decent set. they get them cheap and are looking to simply offload them to someone that is a sucker.
That horn is a get what you pay for horn. And its not 150 decibals thats just for marketing purposes. Also that compressor looks cheap which means problems.
My opinion is if your working with a budget save a little and go ahead and go with a shocker kit from hornblasters. Its a headache free move and cheaper in the long run and gaurenteed to be louder than the other knock off sets.
