ok got the big 3 done, voltage drops are still pretty low, but it shoots up faster lol, any ideas?

Also make sure the connections (especially grounds) are good on the 1kw amp & compressors.
its stock but only a few months old. I will double check everything and let you know.
ok i narrowed it down to the amp, gonna redo the ground, with the compressors running the voltage is ROCK solid, which is nice for a change but as soon as i turn radio up it just droppppppppppppppppps

What should I buy to cover the wires the positive one is zip tied up but is still close to the head.
I used Techflex. They have many styles - some provide thermal protection.

Yeah, I used 1/2" CleanCut. It’s more abrasion protection than thermal.
But here’s a pic over 1/0 that measures 5/8" and over a chunk of 4ga for reference.
The stuff accordions like a Chinese finger trap & you want to use good adhesive heat shrink on the ends.
