John Gruden deserved to get fired. He hasn’t done anything since he came to Tampa and won the Super Bowl using all of Dungy’s draft picks. Dungy left there and went to Indy and won a Super Bowl with them. He only took Tampa to the playoffs twice in the past 6 years.
