Because CA tacks on extra fees and penalties to every ticket. It was a moving violation too.

Ive even blasted my horn and scared cops, but they didnt know where it came from.

Here in Tallahassee it is a $96 ticket. I asked a cop I work with, I was happy he didn’t say $144, but luckily I know a lot of the cops in town and I don’t think I will be having to much trouble.
