So i played with the button wiring a bit, now i can hear a tick noise when i press the button, but now i got another problem!
Even with all the air tube connected, and with pressure in the tank, the horn wont honk.
Now im totally lost.

Is the valve going the right direction? There is an arrow on the casting - make sure it’s pointed towards the horns.
Yes, it was pointing the horn, i inverted it and now the compressor wont start anymore.
Its starting to get on my nerves. Im sick if it
The compressor filled the tank once and now it wont start anymore, no air came out of the air hose when i disconected it from the valve to invert the valve.
Also, what is that orange plug they are talking about in the manual? I dont see any orange plug anywhere on the compressor.
Do you mean you removed the valve off the air line completely and no air came out the hose?

Yeah.
but, sooner today the compressor ran for about 3-4 min, then stopped, i could hear a little leak from the valve because the plug wasent thigh engout, now its tigh, but the valve wasent working, i played with the valve push button wire a little and now i can hear a tick from the valve, but the compressor wont turn on anymore when the valve started working, its really confusing.
No fuse are blow anywhere.
But you haven’t used any air out of the tank. The compressor should kick on after the pressure in the tank drops below 110 psi.
This makes me wonder if the check valve on the leader hose is pointed the wrong direction. It has an arrow on it & should be pointed towards the tank.
I removed the air hose from the conpressor, no air came out, the air just dissapeared, and compressor wont turn on.
I checked wiring, again, and the relay, no problem found.
Do you have a voltmeter or test light? You need to figure out if the compressor is getting power.
no i dont, any other way to test?
Actually my friend would borrow me one, ill check and post result here later or tommorow, im going at a party.
So i found a voltmeter, i tested the wire reaching the pressure switch, and there is power, 12.18 volt. (When car engine is not running)
I also tested the red wire between the compressor and pressure switch, the pressure switch gives power to the compressor.
Does that mean my compressor is dead already? After 1 use?
ok do you have it wired exactly like the diagram?
http://www.viaircorp.com/OffRoad/Schematics/10000_wd.pdf
If you have power at both pins 30 & 87 the relay is working.
Make sure the compressor ground is real good. (attached tightly to bare shiny metal)
Yes it exactly like that, i havent touched it since the compressor worked, there is power in the 87 to pressure switch wire, and there is power in the wire between the pressure switch and the compressor.
I tried many ground for the compressor.
Why would the compressor stop working like that?
Uhh, i tried to turn on the compressor and it started working for no apparent reason, just like that, hopefuly it will not stop again.
Anyway, about arrow on the valve, ive seen many thread that people say that it should be pointed at the tank, and your saying that it should be pointing the valve.
Im confused.
It needs to point with the flow of air

The arrow on the CHECK valve points to the tank.
The arrow on the SOLENOID (horn) valve points towards the horns.
2 different valves.
Your wiring is confusing to me.
There should not be a wire going directly from the pressure switch to the compressor if you used a relay. And the pressure switch should not be connected to pin 87 or 30.
Make sure it is exactly like the diagram. Follow each wire.
Alright, i got the horn working, LOUD.
Thanks a lot for your help ear2ear.
Heres some pic.
Ive heard that i should use something to cool the compressor, is that right?
Glad you got it working.
That compressor’s duty cycle is 30% @ 100psi. That means it can run for 20 minutes out of an hour, then has to cool for 40 minutes. So if you think you want to run it a bunch more than that, a fan is a good idea.
What kind of fan would you recommend?
Any kind of 12v muffin fan. Google muffin fan.
Alright, ive found many of them but im not sure which is going to be reliable and big enuf, what is the ideal size?
