Need help with wiring.

Any ol’ 12v fan. The one that comes on the Air Zenith compressors is pretty dang small. So whatever you find a good deal on - maybe a 3"…? When you mount it, aim it at the compressor head.

I bought a 30$ fan, heres the spec

Muffin Fan
Volt 12 DC
85 CFM
5 wing plastic Blade
Frame 4.7" x 4.7" x 1.5" Wt. 1 lb.
Die Cast Aluminum Painted Black
New Surplus

Looks good?

More than enough.

I just received the 30$ fan, HOLY poop they charged me 40$ for the damn fan shipping, and the additional 108$ for the shipping weight when i received it at home for the horn package, i spend 800$ on a horn that doesnt sound as loud as video, people doesnt even really bother when i prank horn, how can i know if it sound as much as it should do?

Im starting to regret all this.

Back to one of the earlier questions - are you sure the solenoid valve is installed the correct direction? The arrow should point with the flow (towards the horns)

Yes it does.

Do you have an air gauge so you know there’s “real” pressure in the tank?

No i dont

The horns should be loud. A pressure gauge would help diagnose the problem.

A gauge will definitely help. When you honk and people jump then you’ll know you have the right volume and pressure…lol

I was wondering if having a dirty ground for the valve could reduce the pressure on the horn?

Also, only some people may jump but only if they are about 2 meter from the car, anything higher and they will just turn their head 1 second after the honkage.

Also for the gauge, how am i going to do that and keep the air line connected to the solenoid valve?

The valve either works or it doesn’t - open or shut - so your ground must be good.

You can use a tee fitting to basically add a port.
