lol i want to mount them all over the place and have them all hidden, and also have a wireless webcam on the horns, so i can sit at home and blast the horns wirelessly and enjoy it from home…lol

Yupp. They can also look into your car (from the outside). If your tint is legal, I recommend keeping your windows up pretty high, and if your smoking da herb or something, you can keep your window just cracked. This keeps the cops from leaning in (which is messed up, but not REALLY illegal).
They can say stuff like “I smell pot”, or something to gain “reasonable suspicion”. Sometimes cops will just say that even if they dont smell anything, just to get you to let them search. They will try to get you nervous and gain “probable cause”.
Just remember this " I don’t consent to any searches without a warrant, sir/ma’am."

Yes. Reasonable suspecion is less than probable cause. What I’m saying is that they will say that they smell pot just to get into your car.
Long story short…if a cop really wanted to get into your car, he can.

alright, there was this whole thing about southern cali on here, how cops are really strict and can search your vehicle whether you gave them consent or not.
what about northern cali…? anyone? i tried looking it up but no luck :-\
I’ve never heard of any cop being able to do that. I don’t remember and I don’t feel like reading back 5 pages (lol) but was there any documentation to prove that they could do that?

Well today after school I was in the parking lot with my buddies just hangin out before we all go home and I was sitting in my buddies truck witch has a truck stop train horn and when this girl I know walked by I honked the train horn at her. About 5 mins later the dean comes walking up saying the next time he hears the horn hes pulling my buddies parking pass, I hate this dean with a passion and live to piss him off so I cant wait to get my k3 and blast him every morning and every afternoon. I guess that counts as getting in trouble.
